Organize an Event for Daniel Ellsberg Week, June 10-16, 2024

Seeking “to honor peacemaking and whistleblowing,” the cities of Albuquerque, NM, San Francisco and Berkeley, CA issued proclamations designating April 24-30 as Daniel Ellsberg Week. Open Mic April CANCELED ‘CAUSE OF ECLIPSE !

After much discussion, we have decided to cancel OMNI Open Mic for April 7th. The Eclipse, the next day, is looming large, and it seems most everyone has a plan that conflicts with that Sunday, including us!  We will resume in May on the first Sunday as usual.   By the way, Donna and I will be performing a whole set of peace songs this coming Saturday March 30th, at the Omni Center to raise funds for Gaza relief. Doors open at 6:30. Concert at 7:00.   Kelly Mulhollan

Dr. Mike Bolding is a hospitalist at WRMC and sees first hand the challenges involved with caring for people without homes in Fayetteville.
