Fayetteville Balloon Festival SOAR NWA Saturday Aug 24 – Drake Field Schedule: Flight – Saturday 7:00 am Tether Rides morning – 7:00 am Tether Rides evening – 6:00 pm Balloon Glow – Saturday evening 8:00-8:30 pm First-time balloon festival. Because of the tense situation with Iran, we’ve invited Iranian musician Mahshid Iraniprivast to perform, and she graciously agreed.
