Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families The Arkansas Legislature is meeting right now to make budget decisions that will affect every single Arkansan. If we don’t sound the alarm, thousands of Arkansans will be without critical food assistance. State government must replace the $18 million in federal SNAP administrative funds we have lost thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Letter from a Member to Sen Tom Cotton Questionable support Very recently, in response to a letter I sent him, I received this response from Sen. Tom Cotton. In part he said: “I must reject in the strongest possible terms any baseless allegation — a calumny, really — against Israel for committing ‘genocide’ inside Gaza.
