IncARceraTed Artist, Activism and Systemic Injustice

IncARceraTed Artist, Activism and Systemic Injustice Tues Feb 26 – 6:30 pm – Reynolds Center Auditorium, UA Campus Panel and live-stream conversation with death row prisoner and artist Kenneth Reams. This series of events is focused on the arts, criminal justice, and life transformation, will engage the Northwest Arkansas community on issues of mass incarceration and criminal justice reform, capital punishment, entrepreneurship, and hope. Free and open to the public.


Goddess Festival Announces Upcoming Event

March 15-20At several venues around the city Annual Goddess Festival is a lovely and energetic event whose ongoing theme is rebalance between people and the earth. Events will include concerts, performances, workshops and rituals that honor the divine feminine. Check the Festival facebook page for information and schedule as it evolves. Facing Bias: U of A offers bias training

Sat Feb 16 – 9:00 am and 1:30 pm St. Paul’s Episcopal Church The University of Arkansas Office for Diversity and Inclusion in conjunction with many NWA community partners is sponsoring a session of implicit bias training titled “Community Facing Bias Workshop.” This session will take place on Saturday, February 16 at St Paul’s Episcopal Church.
