Quakers of Fayetteville are crazy enough to think you’re one of them. Come join them, rain or shine, every Friday until Christmas. The terrible situation on our border is getting more horrific. Fayetteville Quaker Meeting invites other concerned people to join them in reminding our community that this is not what our values can tollerate. Please wear white to the protest.

KPSQ Holiday Happy Hour

Sunday Dec 8 – 1:00-3:30 pm –Graduate Hotel 2nd floor lobby, 70 North East Ave Fayetteville Producer Showcase will broadcast on 97.3 FM Sunday from 12:30-1:00 pm and Producer Jori Costello will be interviewing a few of our great show producers. They’ll offer a taste of what their show offers. Mingle with KPSQ staff and volunteers and see where in the project you might fit in. Check out the Graduate hotel and its eccentric ambiance while you get to know us. Snacks and beverages will be served. Community Radio is home to all our community voice. You are needed here.

Fridays for Future and Omni invite you to stand up for the planet at the next global climate strike. Bring posters and meet others who share your passion. We have many posters to share so bring your body and choose your favorite theme.


Container Deposit Law Campaign

What?!Sun Nov 24 – 5:00 pm – Omni Center Container Deposit Law is gearing up for the next round. Some of us remember getting our nickle back for the pop bottle we bought. This is the 21st century version. Arkansas needs it and volunteers for this campaign are welcome. More information at the link. But if you really want to know more, come meet people on Sunday.

Saturday Nov 23 – 4:00-7:00 pm – Omni Center Come hang out with Omni folks and friends for a holiday that might sometimes be fraught with emotional and political challenges. A bit of conversation will happen about how to talk to your conservative relatives about all the issues we may disagree on. Gather at 4:00, dinner served at 4:30, mingle as long as we wish.
