Hello community partners,

I am writing with key details on the upcoming PIT count (Point in Time Count).

PIT Count 2026: Key details:

Training: Thursday 1/22/26 on zoom link below, 5:00 pm

Count Date: Friday, 1/30/26, zoom

2 hour shifts starting at 8:00n am

  • Volunteering: If you are able to volunteer, please complete a short survey via this link (also available via QR code in attached flier)
  • Training: We will hold our general volunteer training on Thursday, 1/22/26 from 5 to 7 pm. It will be via Zoom with a recording posted after. Here is the Zoom link
  • Training: For program groups that participate in the PIT and Housing Inventory Count (HIC), CoC Director Quinn Emitt and I will offer a specific training on Thursday, 1/22/26 from 12-2pm. It will be via Zoom. Please hold the time (ask someone in your agency to); we will share the link when we get closer.

Note: We can/should interview people for the following 6 days as long as they were homeless on the night before the PIT.
