Amazing trainer Glenn Harris from Race Forward returns to Fayetteville to help our community become the compassionate and welcoming place it wants to be. This workshop is specifically geared toward groups, organizations, workplaces and churches who see the importance of racial equity in fulfilling the dream of America.
Leaders will get practical strategies for their groups to advance racial equity. This day-long intensive will give you …
+ Insight into productive tools and practices for advancing racial equity.
+ Access to the Racial Equity Tool, which can help guide employee programs, strategic plans, and budgetary decisions in your organization.
+ Detailed steps on how to take action to advance racial equity in your groups and workspaces and minimize adverse, yet often unintentional consequences.
NO CHARGE for this amazing workshop, with lunch provided through donations from committed local organizations such as Omni Center, Compassion Fayetteville, NWA Center on Sexual Assault, Fayetteville Quakers, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and others.
