This week there are some projects recalled you might remember — but maybe not. They met their goals and rode off into the sunset. But they were important at the time we did ’em. .The Peace Heroes Banquet, for instance. Remember that? Karen and Susan Idlet and a host of others helped organize them for 7 years before it was time to lay them down.
Now there are new projects, and 3 are having birthdays this month. Omni is 20 years old this May. (Oh my!) KPSQ FM was born in May 5 years ago, and MayDay Community Kitchen started in May last year as covid hit.
