Greetings to the family members of peace around the world! As prominent leaders for the youth in the United States we would like to cordially invite you to attend the upcoming HWPL’s 8th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace this May. This event is held by HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace and Restoration of Light), an international peace NGO registered with the United Nations NGOs and has special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). There are over 200,000 volunteers worldwide, who are working together to implement global peace that transcends boundaries. On May 2013, HWPL was founded and the Declaration of World Peace was proclaimed. 30,000 young people gathered at the World Peace Gate in Seoul, Republic of Korea, celebrating the Declaration of World Peace with Peace Walk. Since then, we have been carrying out international peace activities transcending borders, races, culture, and religion for sustainable peace. At the commemoration, we will be sharing the progress reports and future plan for citizen-led peacebuilding and addressing ways to cooperate for sustainable peace in a pandemic era. Lovers of peace from all countries and all walks of life will take part in this event, and we hope that Zambia’s leaders can also take part in this international event for peace.
