350 NWA Meeting Sat April 8 – 1:00-3:00 pm – OMNI Center This is the new, local chapter of 350.org, the national direct action group that has a plan to end fossil fuel consumption, and will not give up.  Local groups like us have an important role to play in making this happen.  We’ll tell you more at the meeting.

Fayetteville City Council meeting Addressing Single Stream Recycle Tuesday Feb 21 — 5:30 pm City Admin Building, 113 W. Mountain St. Fayetteville has a great curbside recycle system. Single stream recycling is a new process best designed to benefit waste haulers, not reduce landfill quantity.
