Earthling Friendship Festival! Sunday July 9 — 1:00-5:00 pm — Walker Park Fayetteville Communicating friendliness to our planet and all humans. Festival to celebrate nature, peace and quiet, sustainability, healthful lifestyles, face to face communication and community. Citizens Climate Lobby Conference Report

Just Wow! This year, CCL Arkansas sent 18 people to the Annual Conference to remind our legislators that climate change cannot be ignored, and to have a whole lotta fun. RESULTS!

Monday June 26, 6:00 pm, OMNI New group is forming that you’ll want to know about. RESULTS is a 40-year-old project whose mission is to end global poverty. Whew. RESULTS founder is the same person who founded Citizens Climate Lobby, and his model of relationship developing across the aisles has been so powerful that it’s being adopted by several social change groups who want to see action in Congress and change in our nation. Sunday, June 25 — 7:00 pm at OMNI –  3274 N. Lee Ave $10 at the door Old-time singer and banjo picker from the Missouri Ozarks Van was awarded Masters Status by the Missouri Folk Arts program and teaches old-time banjo in their Traditional Folk Arts Apprenticeship Program.
