Homeless Solutions June meeting

Thursday June 6 – 6:30 pm – Omni Center Featuring Professor John Gallagher on the NWA PIT Count Remember the PIT Count is the Point In Time Count that HUD sponsors every year. It’s a snapshot count of all the homeless people in our area that can be found at that one point in time. Honoring Aaron Bushnell this Memorial Day

Friday May 24 – 5:30 pm – Fayetteville Town Square Friends of Palestine NWA Memorial Day is the day that the United States has set aside to honor and remember those who died while serving in the military. Many of us who have been following and understand what is happening in Palestine think immediately of Aaron Bushnell. Aaron Bushnell died on February 25th of this year, succumbing to the injuries he sustained in an extreme act of protest. Friend of peace Marie Riley passed very suddenly last week. Please sign up to  help for her husband Art and son Justin while they’re getting re-oriented to life without her. Provide a meal through Meal Train. Meal Train is a wonderful service that helps people provide food for the hard times.
