Saturday April 19 – 7:00 pm – Miller Hall, Mt. Sequoyah We’re so excited! Long time member Susan Idlet found us a site to hold an annual meeting at last! In partnership with Fenix Arts we are holding this year’s gathering at Mt. Sequoyah and welcoming you to this wonderful community building space. Since Miller doesn’t have a big kitchen it just won’t be possible to do lasagna dinners as we did for so many years. Where’s the Lasagna?

Some Omni folks have been asking when the Annual Gathering of Members and Friends will be happening. Here’s the short story: As you know, we used to do it in February but moved it to May last year to avoid ice storms. That wasn’t the perfect time either, so the planning group for the event has decided to make the Annual Gathering a fall event. We’ll be updating you as plans emerge, but look for lasagna in September, after Hiroshima Nagasaki Day in August.

Featuring youth activists and performers for this special event that honors Swedish activist Greta Thunberg and the Sunrise Movement. .If you’d like to make a lasagna for the feast contact Gladys at gladystiffany@yahoo.com. What happened to the lasagna? Did you miss the bit Annual Gathering and Lasagna Feast that’s always in February? It’s gratifying that lots of people have asked about it. Never fear, there will be lasagna. And music. And all the Omni Projects to meet up with and enjoy. Remember that last year we faced another bitter ice storm.
