Currently you have good quality recyclables because unlike recyclables are segregated. Where is the documentation regarding marketability of single stream collected recyclables?
NOTE…Fayetteville staff now calls single stream, all-in-one, roll out, or mixed recycling. Where is the recycling transparency ordinance?
