Northwest Arkansas Pride Parade
Saturday, June 27 / step off at 6:00 pm
Dickson Street, Fayetteville
Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of NWA Equality and honoring its founders!
The 22nd Annual NWA Pride Parade is the centerpiece of NWA Pride Weekend and the largest Pride parade in Arkansas! The parade begins at 6:00 pm and travels down Dickson Street. Join us in Downtown Fayetteville for one of the most visible and joyful celebrations of the LGBTQ+ community in the state.
Omni and KPSQ LP Radio will be walking down Dickson Street together. Arrive to line up by 5:00 to walk or ride in the parade. Pickup truck rides are available for any who want to climb onboard.
Meet us on East Street, in the block where the Democrat Gazette building is any time after 3:00. You’ll recognize somebody there. Bring water and dress for warm (but not miserable) weather. We might be lucky with weather this year!
Parking is erratic. Allow time to find parking. It will start filling up around 3:00.
NWA Equality says:
“There is no dedicated parking for NWA Pride events. We encourage attendees to carpool, use rideshare, or take public transit. Many streets will be closed for the parade—please plan ahead for detours and road closures.
Parking may be available on surrounding blocks and in the parking garages on Spring Street, N. West Avenue, Lafayette Street, or at the Fayetteville Public Library. Be sure to follow all posted signs and pay any required fees. NWA Equality is not responsible for parking tickets, fines, or towed vehicles.”
