Arkansans for Autonomy SolidARity Day!

Bodily autonomy is under attack in Arkansas, so mark your calendars for our upcoming Arkansans for Autonomy SolidARity Day! Legislative Updates: Lawmakers have already passed several harmful bills, especially targeting ballot initiatives and reproductive freedom. Here’s a quick snapshot:

*Note: HB (House Bill), SB (Senate Bill). For a comprehensive overview of each bill, click here.

•   New Laws Making Ballot Access Harder: HB 1222, SB 207-2011

•   Attacks on Abortion Access: HB 1610 (narrowing exceptions), HB 1781 (restrictive licensing), HB 1551 (criminalizing abortion medication).

•   Anti-Trans Legislation: HB 1668, SB 444 – targeting gender-affirming care and trans youth.

These bills are part of a broader effort to silence voters and restrict our rights, and we hope you will join us at our SolidARity Day to help us fight back.

See you at the capitol.
