Remember the PIT Count is the Point In Time Count that HUD sponsors every year. It’s a snapshot count of all the homeless people in our area that can be found at that one point in time. It happens in January, and involves so much data that it takes 5 months of math to sort it all out. Dr. Gallagher has been busy.
