The County Services Committee did NOT approve sending the zoning ordinance to the full Court this month. Yay! We aren’t finished with this issue yet though. Washington County Judge Patrick Deakin has decided to push through zoning ordinances that allow him to decide the fate of thousands of parcels of land with less oversight or input from either property owners or Quorum Court Justices.
