Petition for H.J. Res. 55
September 1, 2005 TO SENATORS LINCOLN AND PRYOR AND REPRESENTATIVE BOOZMAN We the undersigned Arkansas Citizens respectfully ask you to please support H.J. Res. 55, a bi-partisan resolution introduced in mid-June by Representatives Neil Abercrombie (D-Hawaii) and Walter Jones (R-North Carolina) and other legislators. This resolution calls on President Bush to develop an exit strategy for U.S. troops and start bringing troops home by October 2006. The continued U.S. troop presence in Iraq is counter-productive.
