The Parade will start at the Rodeo Of The Ozarks Parsons Stadium and March down Emma to Grove park. D’Andre Jones, speaker, Mayor of Springdale Doug Sprouse presents a proclamation. Zoom forward to seeing all of Northwest Arkansas come out as we celebrate the Dream being realized in Springdale.
